Are you holding yourself back from receiving?

Dear Lovebug,

There is an area of your life or business, right now, that is asking for more.

More time.

More flow.

More abundance.

More meaning.

More love.

What if you could open that pathway to receive right now? Would you be willing to do what ever it takes?

Sometimes you hear that and say, "heck yeah!" and then, 5 minutes later you add, "...but not that," as soon as you realize what would have to change to make the space for more.

You may freeze, worry about who will be left behind, insist you can't have more until other people around you are taken care of, or you simple avoid the fear of stepping forward entirely.

The truth is, you don't have a receiving problem. You have an 'identity' problem. You may not realize it, but you have created an identity around the life you are living now and your ego is doing everything in it's power to defend a level of poverty in your relationships, your career, your health, or your wealth.

It's happening right now and you may not even see it.

We want to help you break-up with poverty so that you can breakthrough to greater prosperity, happiness, and wellbeing.

When you break up with poverty you will begin seeing yourself in a new way, you will embrace change, and the flow of receiving will open up. You will see new, more powerful ways to help others, and you won't hold yourself back from living a life with deeper meaning and joy.

Join us tomorrow for a Morning Jam Session live on Youtube and Facebook, where we will dive into how to harness more meaning in your life by breaking up with poverty.

Is This Blocking Your Next Spiritual Breakthrough?
Dear Lovebug, There is a point where a spiritual journey becomes less about self-care and quietly becomes a self-image. The insights are still real. The experiences still happen. But somewhere along the way, the inner work stops being something we do for our own wholeness and becomes a reference point we build a personality around — a new and far more sophisticated place for the ego to liv...
You Are Not The Cause Of Their Pain
Hi Lovebug, Highly responsible people are often the most confused about what is actually theirs. We take ownership of our words, our timing, our tone, our follow-through — and then we keep going, absorbing the other person's mood, their disappointment, their interpretation, their whole emotional weather system. It feels like integrity. It is usually over-giving, and it quietly builds resentm...
Why It's Hard Keeping Up With Spiritual Practices
Hi Lovebug, Most people abandon a spiritual practice for one reason: it did not deliver the experience they wanted fast enough. We treat meditation, prayer, breathwork, journaling, or energy work like a vending machine — insert twenty minutes, receive calm, clarity, a healed relationship, or a signed client. And when the payoff does not arrive on schedule, we conclude the practice is not wor...
