Expanding Our Capacity to Receive - BRAND NEW Video

Dear Beloved Friends,

Receiving more does not always feel peaceful at first.

That may sound strange, because many of us imagine receiving as relief. We picture the money arriving, the relationship deepening, the body having more energy, the support finally showing up, and we assume our whole system will simply open and say, “Yes, thank you. I am ready.”

But in our recent community livestream, we explored something much more honest. Sometimes what we are asking to receive is not being blocked by a lack of desire, a lack of worthiness, or even a lack of spiritual alignment. Sometimes the very thing we want more of requires our nervous system, our identity, and our daily choices to stretch beyond the familiar version of ourselves.

And that stretch can feel uncomfortable.

Not because something is wrong, or we failed in some way, or the Universe is withholding something. But because a greater capacity to receive often asks us to become available for a greater capacity to feel.

This conversation became a beautiful exploration of giving, receiving, harmony, attachment, action, and the ways we unknowingly train ourselves to accept less than what our soul is ready to experience. We did not approach receiving as a passive state of waiting for life to deliver what we want. We looked at receiving as a living relationship between focus, choice, discomfort, and the willingness to become someone who can actually hold what we have been asking for.

If you have ever wondered why receiving can feel harder than giving, why wanting more can bring up tension instead of ease, or why your next level of abundance may feel less like instant relief and more like an invitation to expand, we think this conversation will speak to something important in you.

We invite you to watch the replay and let it meet you exactly where you are.

With love,

Matt and Joy

The Difference Between Honesty and Oversharing
Dearest Emerging Healer,We often think transparency means giving every personal detail of our journey, but true honesty in leadership is not oversharing—it is condensing the truth into the value of a breakthrough. This is a huge issue for healers, guides, and sensitive people. We want so deeply to be seen as authentic. We want our audience, our clients, and our loved ones to know that we are re...

Dearest Gentle Reader, We have a gift for you today. Before you excitedly scroll to the bottom to grab it, we wanted to share why it may be one of the most important gifts we've shared this year. Today, there are 690 million people in the world living with anxiety or depression. You may be one of them or have people in your life you care about who are. Thirty percent of them are children. And t...
Erasing "meant to be" from your vocabulary
One of the most common phrases in the spiritual community is also one of the most dangerous: "It was meant to be." We hear it all the time. When a relationship fails, when a business partnership collapses, or when a boundary is crossed, the immediate reflex is to say, "Everything happens for a reason. I just needed to learn the lesson." While this sounds deeply spiritual, it is often a quiet ju...
