Kahn, welcome to integrated awakening. This week's episode is the rhythm of purpose. There is a quiet truth living inside you that is always listening to your mind and heart and quietly reflecting back to you how to stay aligned with expressing your purpose. What Your soul knows is that your purpose is not separate from your body. In fact, it is carried in the energy within and impacts your health, your relationships and your creative expression. Purpose is the pattern through which your life force is meant to move when you are aligned to that pattern, life starts to feel like a rhythm, alive, responsive, deeply authentic. When you are not you feel stagnant, stuck or confused.

Most of us were taught to chase purpose as something out there, like a job title or a role, a future potential or a more evolved version of ourselves. But what if purpose isn't something you hunt for. What if it's something you feel, something you practice, something you express, moment by moment. Purpose is not only what you do, it's how energy moves through your experience as you live, and that movement is everything. When your energy moves in harmony. You feel it. Ideas flow. Your body feels more open. Your breath is fuller. You feel connected and present. When that movement is distorted, you feel that too.

For many sensitives, especially over the last years, awakening has not just been light and insight, it has been weight gain that makes no sense, rapid weight loss that doesn't feel safe, strange, allergies and sensitivities, mystery, fatigue, symptoms that don't fit into a neat box. We thought awakening would lift us out of the body. Instead, it pulled us deeper into it, not to punish us, but to invite a new relationship with how we live. Sometimes that distortion shows up as overexpression. You push past your own signals. You keep saying yes, when your body quietly says no, you perform who you think you should be. Your shoulders creep towards your ears, your jaw locks. Your sleep gets shallow. Your nervous system is not failing you, it is protecting you.

Then there's the other pattern under expression, your ideas stay in your head, your truths stay in your throat. You wait for the right time that never comes. Here, the body speaks a different language, a heavy chest, a tiredness that doesn't match what you've done, a sense of being dimmed, not because you're doing too much, but because you're not letting energy move at all. Stagnation is just as exhausting as over exertion. Your body responds to what you do and to what you don't do, to what you hold back, to what you postpone, to what you pretend not to know underneath it all, a deeper wisdom keeps asking, Will you let life move through you in the way you were designed?

And this is where many of us get confronted, because the answers your body gives you are often inconvenient to your personality. Change how you eat, change how you work, change how you rest, change how you relate to your own gifts. Sometimes that means leaving behind a way of living that once felt deeply spiritual, because your body is asking for something different. Now the mind will call this regression. Your system knows it is evolution. The answer is not to push harder, and it is not to disappear further. The answer is harmony. Harmonious expression is not about getting it perfect. It's about telling the truth in real time. It sounds like honest noticing. Where am I forcing? Where am I shrinking? Where am I trying to manage life instead of moving with it,

there is already a rhythm to your life, a natural pace, a way your body likes to create a tempo at which your nervous system can stay open and present. When you begin to honor that rhythm, things shift. You no longer need to sprint towards your purpose. You no longer need to wait until you are fixed. You simply begin to move with yourself, one small step, one aligned conversation, one imperfect piece of art, one honest no, one nourishing choice for your body, and then another and another. Fulfillment is not built in grand, cinematic moments. It is built in the quiet repetition of small, aligned movements. Every day a little closer to yourself, every day little more honest in your body, every day a little more expressed in the world. Over time, those steps stop being work and start being your life, a life that feels inhabited. A life that feels connected and a life that feels like home.
Matt Kahn 5:05
As you walk this path, you begin to see your expression is not just emotional or creative, it is physical and cellular, the way you breathe, the way you speak, the way you rest, the way you feed yourself, the way you give and receive. All of it is purpose made visible. When that expression is misaligned, the body compensates, it tightens, it flares, it numbs, it calls for change, sometimes gently, sometimes loudly, always intelligently. Because your body is not separate from your awakening. It is where your awakening is meant to land. We're not here to escape the body. We are here to come into it more fully, to listen deeper, to respond sooner, to choose from alignment rather than fear, even when it asks us to release identities that once kept us safe. Growth is rarely comfortable, but it is precise.

So today, let this be your only assignment. Don't solve your whole life. Don't map your entire purpose. Just ask, where is life asking to move through me right now? Is there a truth I've been holding back, a place I've been pushing beyond what my body can hold, or a symptom that I've been ignoring that has been wanting to get my attention. And what would one small step toward harmony look like? Maybe it is speaking what you've been swallowing. Maybe it is resting instead of proving maybe it's creating the messy first draft. Maybe it's changing one tiny habit your body is done carrying not all of it just one step, because when you begin to move in harmony with your own design, energy starts to flow again. Clarity rises to the surface. The body softens its grip. Purpose stops being something you chase, and it becomes the way you live, and in that living passion returns, vitality, returns Joy returns not because you forced it, but because you finally let your life move the way it was always meant to

take a Breath, feel your body and remember you are not behind. You are not lost. You are simply learning the rhythm of your own awakening.
