Dear Beloved Friend,
There are weeks that whisper… and there are weeks that ask everything of you. This one feels like both. The last 2 nights have been sleepless in Sedona for the two of us. We can feel something shifting and so can our puppies. Mollie and Muffin have been a little unsettled -- up more than usual in the night, and so sleep has been fleeting.
When things aren't the way you prefer them to be, it can impact your nervous system. You become more alert and watchful for unknown changes ahead. While it may seem like it's just a few night's of restless sleep and nothing more, it may also be connected to the bigger life changes we are being prepared for.
So, we are rolling with the flucuations and napping in the afternoons. Like always, we pivot with what is and open our hearts to what is birthing. We are quietly releasing the daily writing process for our new book and are in the publishing and sharing the book with the world for the first time in just a few weeks.
You may be noticing similar energies and even a nudge to let go, to breathe deeper, to walk away from something that once felt necessary. You may feel called inward, called higher, called home for what is next and new.
That’s the gift of this week's energy. It's a week of deep surrender to the process you are moving through.
This week reveals what’s ready to be released — not because it slipped away, but in reverence to the flow of life. Because something more aligned with who you are now is waiting for space to land.
This is not the end. But it is a turning point.
