Hello JAM Fam,
One of the most convincing ways an intuitive healer stays unseen is by waiting for the perfect name before taking the next step. What should we call ourselves? Is the business name right? Does the tagline capture everything we do? These questions can sound productive while quietly keeping us in preparation—waiting to feel certain before allowing ourselves to be seen.
We both remember spinning endlessly around these same questions. We believed that once we found the perfect words, we would finally know how to move forward. What we did not yet understand was that naming was sometimes the place we hid from becoming. We were asking language to give us an identity that only lived experience could reveal. The answers did come—but many became inevitable only after we claimed the path and began walking it.
Claiming is the third step in our Micro-Breakthrough Method, following Awareness and Acceptance. It is not pretending to have arrived or forcing ourselves into a title we have not earned. It is our active “yes” to the Universe: We are ready to become the person who can carry what we feel called to offer. Once we claim that direction, the next conversation, practice, decision, skill, or opportunity becomes easier to recognize. If we do not yet know the next action, we can begin by claiming who we are becoming—and allow the path to meet our participation.
There comes a point in every growth journey when more self-inquiry is no longer the next best step. A better question is:
What can I do now that creates greater stability, flow, and well-being in my life right now?
That question is our focus this week in our community and across social media: sustainable, real abundance across our relationships, careers, health, wealth, love, and service. We do not need to have the entire journey figured out before saying yes. Sometimes claiming who we are becoming is precisely what awakens the courage, abundance, and clarity required for the next step to appear.

This week is all about cultivating a connection and familiarity with abundance as a tool for taking action.
We kick things off on Monday with a live, guided, experience of QUE Up Abundance and then a community call, The Triple Win and Abundance, to share how the embodiment of your personal power impacts your experience and ability to take action from a place of abundance. Too often we are taught to accept our current conditions, act as if, and practice gratitude at a time when these ideas are the least helpful. We will help clarify what does work on this call.
We will continue the week with live calls each morning at 8AM PT for a guided experience and teaching transmission for abundance. Here is the call schedule below:
