We’ve felt this week’s energy building all month long, as the cosmic heart-opening that comes when one cycle ends and another quietly begins.
There’s a sense of culmination right now — emotionally, spiritually, and even cosmically (more on that in the Energy Update below). If you’ve been feeling fatigued, emotional, or overstimulated, you’re not alone.
Expansion can be exhilarating and exhausting. Before racing ahead into what’s next, pause to celebrate how far you’ve come. If you've made it this far, you have changed in ways that may be subtle or radical. Both deserve acknowledgement and celebration.
It’s easy to focus only on progress or productivity, but real success includes moments of reflection and appreciation. As we often say, if you don’t take time to celebrate, what’s all this really for?
So this week, let’s take a collective breath. Let’s integrate. Let’s rest long enough for the new energy to anchor in.
🌀 Weekly Energy Update
Endings as Invitations to Rest and Rebirth
This fifth week of October brings a pivotal closing and a sacred invitation to reset (which is exactly why we are hosting our live event "RESET" next weekend). It’s the emotional exhale after an intense month of shifts. The energies of love, devotion, and responsibility converge now to test our faith and to strengthen us.
You may notice a pull between exhaustion and excitement, endings and anticipation. The temptation is to push through, to “finish strong.” But this week’s true teaching is gentleness. When we rest, we make space for what’s ready to bloom next.
We’re also feeling the heightened solar activity this week — from flares to interstellar influences like comet 3i ATLAS. These cosmic currents are powerful teachers, asking us to slow down, ground, and let our nervous systems catch up. Be gentle with yourself, with your body, and with each other as we move through this sacred intensity together.
Cosmically, power dynamics are rearranging: in our world, in our relationships, and within ourselves. The lesson? You don’t need to hold everything together. The Universe is orchestrating something larger than you can see, and your only task is to align with love and return to balance.
Allow the solar and cosmic energies to move through you like a wave. Remember to ground when it’s intense and celebrate as energies clear. By week’s end, you’ll feel lighter, more secure, and ready to enter November with renewed strength.
