Energy Update for the Week of March 2 - 8, 2026
This week carries a profound clearing of mental and emotional weight, guiding us through a cycle of release, insight, and renewal. Early days may surface deep reflections, endings, or truths that can no longer be avoided. As the week progresses, we are asked to trust the process of letting go—old fears, outdated identities, and patterns rooted in survival thinking may rise to be acknowledged and dissolved. By Friday, a pivotal shift invites liberation from what has felt heavy or restrictive. The weekend begins rebuilding from a clearer, lighter perspective, helping us reestablish structure with renewed intention.
With the New Moon Total Lunar Eclipse midweek, amplified by Mercury Retrograde and heightened solar activity, emotions and nervous systems may feel especially sensitive. Eclipses accelerate transformation, often bringing fatigue, vivid dreams, mood fluctuations, or heightened intuition. Consciously, this is a reset of perception—an opportunity to surrender control, trust divine timing, and allow profound inner recalibration to unfold.

The Healer’s Code Has Arrived
We’re celebrating a big milestone this week: the proof copy of The Healer’s Code just landed in our hands, and we’ve officially placed the first order for our upcoming gathering in Asheville, NC on March 28.
Asheville will be the very first place we share this book in person. We’ll be opening the field together, activating the codes in the pages, and offering deep transmissions that go far beyond what we can write on the paper. This will be our official launch event for The Healer’s Code, and we’ve prepared some special surprises for those who feel called to be there with us live.
