Dear Beloved Friend,
There are moments in our lives when a single conversation can change everything. This week carries that quality. With heightened mental awareness, we are gently guided to move from emotion into expansion, and then into integration.
Living in integrity comes with honest communication. The challenge with honest communication isn't that we don't know what we want to say, it's that we do not know what to say to ensure the other person reacts the way we hope. Our fears of hurting others feelings, upsetting others, being rejected, or being misunderstood are used by our egos to keep us hiding behind the truth rather than walking through it.
When we walk through truth, sharing how we feel with others (even while afraid) we activate a deeper connection with the Divine built on faith, love, and honesty. As we enter conversations from this truthful, integral place, we are not alone. The Divine is with us, walking with us, holding space with us and reminding us that through the light of truth, all challenges will soon pass.
Our honesty in communication becomes a beacon of light that reveals the role others are meant to play in our lives (and vice versa). Their response to our honesty will be a reflection of their own fears, a rejection of their own connection with the Divine, or an awakening of truth within themselves that meets you in a sacred moment of truth.
You may experience the breakthrough you have been dreaming about or trigger a breakthrough in the making. If our honest communication is not received how we hoped, we can trust in the Divine plan that a higher experience is being orchestrated for you both.
Remember that through honest communication, misunderstandings become revelations, and triggers become portals for deeper connection. Dialogue becomes the sacred container where old patterns soften and new possibilities take shape.
This is a week to speak truthfully, listen openly, and allow your relationships to grow with you.
